Status of U.S. Citizenship for minority owner(s) constituting majority ownership

For-profit business

The business must not be tied to another firm in such a way as to compromise its independence and control.

Documented evidence of minority owner contribution of capital and/or industry expertise

The business is at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by a minority individual
